Freemerica OÜ is an Estonian based family office company (Reg. # 14277165) primarily engaged in financial consultancy and debt restructuring operations. Since May 2020 we also look at investments opportunities in Estonia and Baltic Region in alternative investments.
We have a valid license FFA000211 granted by Estononian authorities (11.07.2017 – termless) for financial services activity and operations.
The core region of activity is a Baltic – Black Sea area (except for Russia). The main clients/partners are from Estonia, Latvia, Ukraine, Poland, Turkey and China.
The business model supposes to work with direct customers only (no intermediaries). No cash operations. All payments are going via European Banks. No payments to offshore companies.
The UBO / Management have solid experience in banking / financial sector in Ukraine, the Netherlands, and UK.
Rostyslav Issakov is a member of Management Board of Freemerica OÜ since 2017.
He graduated with honors from Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics with a degree in Finance and Economics and received an MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management (the Netherlands).
He began his career at the First Ukrainian International Bank in 1994 as a credit analyst.
In October 1998, Rostyslav Issakov was invited to the position of Credit Risk Manager in Rabobank International Group, which he held until January 2001.
Since March 2001 – Investment Associate in the American venture fund Western NIS Enterprise Fund. In February 2004, Rostyslav was appointed First Deputy Regional Director of MT-Bank, and since July 2005 he has also been a Member of the Management Board and Deputy Chairman of the Management Board for Corporate Business of Express-Bank.
Since 2013, Mr. Issakov has established several companies in the non-banking financial sector of Ukraine and Estonia, where he is a partner.
